Ann-Sofie Paternoster is the founder of Soft Spaces. She is a practicing architect since 2012 and has studied, practiced, and taught traditional Hatha yoga since 2016.
Soft Spaces grew from bringing these two disciplines together, architecture and yoga, reimagining how spaces can support the people who live and work in them.
Her approach focuses on essentials: creating spaces that are practical, balanced, and deeply considerate of human experience. Spaces that feel calm without being empty, refined, and supportive in both tangible and intangible ways.
“Doing less and feeling more,” Ann-Sofie designs with sensitivity and restraint, aiming to create environments that feel grounding, serene, and quietly nurturing, spaces that invite presence, ease, and connection.
